All sales are final: Once a product has been purchased and shipped, all sales are considered final and cannot be returned. That being said if something arrives damaged or not as described, please email us and we will make it right.

Cancelations before shipping: We allow cancelations before shipping for all orders. To cancel an order, please email us at: WStone@StoneForgeTCG.com with "Cancel Order #..." in the Subject line.

Cancelation fee: A 3% cancelation fee will be applied to all cancelations to cover payment processing costs. This fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

Orders will ship within 2 Business day after recieving payment.

When ordering a Pre-Order (or Back-Order item) on StoneForgeTCG, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means If a Pre-Order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for all other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and check-out with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases will be charged to your Card/PayPal immediately upon purchase.
